Return Policy
We strived to provide you with quality products. If you are not satisfied with the product, we would love to provide you with refund or exchange.
Non-defective products
For all Oseriz products that are purchased directly from Oseriz, you may return for an exchange or refund provided that:
1) Within 30 days of delivery;
2) Provide original receipt or proof of purchase;
3) Unused, undamaged, and in original manufacturers packaging;
4) All accessories and documentations are intact and without any permanent alterations;
5) Free from any damages including, but not limited to scratches, dents, or cracks;
*Note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
All returned products will be inspected by our return inspection team. If the returned product fails the inspection, refund will be rejected and subject to a restocking fee at Oseriz's sole discretion. The cost and shipping fee (from Oseriz back to you) will be billed.
Defective products
For DOA (dead on arrival) defective products, you may return within 30 days of delivery to Oseriz for a full refund, replacement or exchange. Oseriz will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Note: For products purchased from other vendors, please contact the vendors directly for the return and refund policy. Return and refund policies are subjected to the vendors. Oseriz will not be responsible for their return and refund.
Warranty Policy
All Oseriz products purchased from authorized or official channels are qualify for 24 months limited warranty with terms and conditions applied. Oseriz will at their discretion, repair, replace or credit for the faulty unit if it is due to quality issue. Shipping fees for returning repaired or replaced unit to buyer will be assumed by Oseriz if the product is due to quality issue.
The warranty will be voided under the conditions below:
1) Without valid proof of purchase or original receipt;
2) Products are dismantled, mishandled, improperly used or abused;
3) Misused;
4) Unauthorized modifications.
